1,8 oz fresh salmon fillet, cut into cubes
1,8 oz Norwegian Sea Tales smoked salmon
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tsp capers, finely chopped
dill, finely chopped
parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp mustard
zest and juice of 1/2 lemon, plus extra for garnish
black pepper pinch of salt
Recipe - how do you make it
Recipe - steps
1 Combine the freshly sliced salmon and smoked salmon. Mix the salmon with the shallot, capers, dill parsley and mustard. Then add the zest and juice of the lemon along with a pinch of black pepper. Finally, mix in some olive oil and coarsely chopped arugula. Set aside.
2 For the salad, mix the arugula, lemon zest and a pinch of salt.
3 Divide the salad among plates and top with 2 tablespoons of tartare. Garnish the tartare with some olive oil, lemon zest and additional arugula. Enjoy!
