Salmon carpaccio
Salmon carpaccio as a Christmas dinner starter guaranteed to bring lots of compliments! Very fresh and colourful.

10 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
Handful of radishes
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp horseradish
3.5 oz whipped cream
2 beets, thinly sliced
1 orange, peeled, sliced
grated zest of half a lime
parsley
Recipe - how do you make it
Recipe - steps

Thinly slice the radishes and place in a bowl. Add the white wine vinegar and place in the fridge.

Whip the cream and add some grated horseradish and salt.

Arrange the salmon slices on a serving platter or plate. Arrange the beets, radishes and orange slices on the plates.

Put small dollops of the whipped cream on top of the salmon. Finally spread some lime zest, parsley and olive oil on the plate. Enjoy your meal!
