Lemon and Tuna Pasta

Recipe - ingredients

  • 14 oz of spaghetti
  • 1 can of tuna in olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Coarse sea salt and black pepper
  • 1 can of capers
  • 3 sprigs of parsley, leaves finely chopped

Recipe - how do you make it

Recipe - steps

  • 1 Bring a big pot of water to a boil and add some salt. Cook the spaghetti, according to the package.
  • 2 Mix in a big bowl the tuna, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, capers and the salt and pepper.
  • 3 Shortly heat up the tuna in a big pan and add the spaghetti and the parsley. Mix it all together and you're done!
