Recipe - ingredients

  • smoked salmon, 5 1/2 - 7-ounce
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese + a bit extra
  • 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 5 1/2 - 7 -ounce pasta
  • oil
  • salt & pepper

Recipe - how do you make it

Delicious and fresh fish dish: Salmon pasta carbonara! Perfect as lunch or dinner!

 

Recipe - steps

  • 1 Cook the pasta according to the package.
  • 2 Heat a pan on medium-high heat with some oil and let the shallots and garlic simmer.
  • 3 Cut the salmon is small pieces.
  • 4 Beat the eggs with the cream and 2 table sp. of parmesan cheese. Season with pepper.
  • 5 Drain the pasta when it is ready and add the pasta to the pan with the shallots and garlic.
  • 6 Turn off the heat and add the egg, cream and cheese sauce to the pasta. Mix everything well.
  • 7 Add 75% of the salmon and chives to the pan and mix it again.
  • 8 Put the salmon pasta carbonara on a plate and add the rest of the salmon and chives on top. Season with some pepper and parmesan cheese.
