Greek pastasalad with tuna

Have you heard of 'choriatiki'? It's the famous Greek salad. Mix in a pack of pasta and a can of tuna and you have a delicious meal.

Recipe - ingredients

  • 7 oz pasta
  • 5 oz mixed cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, peeled, finely chopped
  • 1,5 oz taggiasche olives, seedless, halved
  • 1 can of Sea Tales tuna in sunflower oil
  • 2 oz feta cheese
  • DRESSING
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp oregano, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley + extra for garnish
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 sprig of mint, leaves only, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Recipe - steps

  • 1 Bring a pan of water to a boil with some salt. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain and allow to cool.
  • 2 Mix the yogurt, oregano, parsley, olive oil, mint and lemon zest. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 3 Mix the cherry tomatoes, red onion, taggiasche olives and the tuna. Add the cooled pasta.
  • 4 Drizzle the dressing over the pasta.
  • 5 Finish the salad with crumbled feta and the extra parsley as garnish.
