Greek pastasalad with tuna
Have you heard of 'choriatiki'? It's the famous Greek salad. Mix in a pack of pasta and a can of tuna and you have a delicious meal.

7 oz pasta
5 oz mixed cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, peeled, finely chopped
1,5 oz taggiasche olives, seedless, halved
1 can of Sea Tales tuna in sunflower oil
2 oz feta cheese
DRESSING
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp oregano, finely chopped
1 tbsp parsley + extra for garnish
2 tbsp olive oil
1 sprig of mint, leaves only, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
Recipe - how do you make it
Recipe - steps

Bring a pan of water to a boil with some salt. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain and allow to cool.

Mix the yogurt, oregano, parsley, olive oil, mint and lemon zest. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix the cherry tomatoes, red onion, taggiasche olives and the tuna. Add the cooled pasta.

Drizzle the dressing over the pasta.

Finish the salad with crumbled feta and the extra parsley as garnish.
