Mackerel spread on rye bread
A refreshing horse mackerel spread on (rye) bread as a snack or lunch. Made with our sustainably caught smoked jack mackerel!
Ingredients:

Toast the rye bread in a toaster or on a grill pan.
In a bowl, mix the jack mackerel, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
Season the mackerel spread with salt and black pepper. Add extra lemon juice to taste if desired.
Top the slices of rye bread with a generous amount of the mackerel spread. Place the radish and cucumber on top.
Garnish with dill and/or chives to taste. Enjoy!
