A balanced dish, easy and quick to make. The middle eastern flavors with the salmon and the creaminess of the cream together with the spinach and the garlic are delicious!
Recipe - steps
1 Crush the cumin seed, coriander seed and mix it with a bit of nutmeg.
2 Set the temperature of the frying pan on medium heat and add the spices. Add one tsp. of harissa
3 Put a garlic glove on a fork. Mix with this fork the spinach in the mix of harissa and spices. Add a little bit of water.
4 Add the egg whites to the pan. Give this a mix with a good splash of cream. Discard the garlic and use a spatula to mix.
5 Cut the salmon into cubes and place it in the shakshuka. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to the pan. Then add the goat cheese. Add some pepper and a tiny bit of salt.
6 Make two holes and place the egg yolk in the holes. Put the lid on the pan for about three minutes.
7 Meanwhile chop some dill and add to finish the dish.
