  • cooking water from the asparagus
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 0.7 oz butter
  • 0,7 oz flour
  • 1.75 oz cooking cream
  • handful of fresh chervil, finely chopped
  • 1.40 smoked Sea Tales salmon

Recipe - how do you make it

Recipe - steps

  • 1 Wash the asparagus and trim off the ends. Peel the asparagus. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the asparagus for 5 minutes. The cooking time depends on the thickness of the asparagus. Allow them to rest in the hot water for 10 minutes.
  • 2 Remove the asparagus from the water and cut them into large pieces. Add a bouillon cube to the cooking water for flavor.
  • 3 Melt the butter in a pan. Stir in the flour and let it cook for a moment. Gradually add a ladle of lukewarm broth and stir well. Continue until all the broth is used. Add the cooking cream and let it simmer for a moment. Check the thickness of the soup. If it's too thick, you can add more cream.
  • 4 Finely chop a few sprigs of chervil and add them to the soup along with the pieces of asparagus. Heat the soup thoroughly and season with salt and pepper. Slice the salmon into strips. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with the salmon and a sprig of chervil. Enjoy your asparagus soup with smoked salmon!
