For over twenty years, I've traveled the world to live, fish, and cook with unique fishing communities - Fishers who have mastered their craft and know: the ocean is not an inexhaustible source, but something to be protected. Along the way, I also spotted what goes wrong. Overfishing. Short-term thinking. Fish comes from the wild, and what disappears from there doesn't come back. That's why Sea Tales was created. Not just as another fish brand, but as part of a movement: The Seafood Revolution. With total transparency, direct cooperation with fishers, and one mission: fish for future generations. So that we can continue to enjoy the most delicious fish. Today and tomorrow.
