Sardines with Roasted Tomatoes & Garlic – Oven-Baked – with Burrata
Sweet roasted tomatoes, warm sardines and creamy burrata come together in this simple oven dish packed with flavour. Delicious with crunchy sourdough bread for dipping. Ready in just 15 minutes!

Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Place the tomatoes in an oven dish and mix with olive oil, garlic, chili flakes and salt.
Roast the tomatoes for 10–12 minutes until they burst and lightly caramelize.
Remove the dish from the oven and place the sardines in between the tomatoes.
Return to the oven for another 2–3 minutes until the sardines are warmed through. Meanwhile, toast the sourdough bread until golden brown.
Finish with burrata and spread it over the tomato mixture. Top with basil and serve with the toasted sourdough. Enjoy!
