Delicious tuna tacos that will make your taste buds explode. A delicious coriander lime coleslaw mix is topped with tuna steak and chipotle sauce.

9 oz ahi tuna
15 oz coleslaw mix
5 oz chopped red cabbage
1/2 bunch chopped coriander
3 oz grams of mayonnaise
3 oz greek yogurt
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp lime juice
salt and pepper
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tsp chipotle sauce
8 tortillas

1 Let the tuna steak to come to room temperature.
2 In the meantime, prepare the taco filling by shredding the red cabbage and chopping the coriander. In a bowl, combine the 2 chopped ingredients with the coleslaw, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, maple syrup, chili powder, salt and pepper.
3 Pat the tuna dry with a kitchen towel. In a bowl, mix the salt, chili powder, cumin, paprika powder, and garlic powder and cover the tuna with the spice mixture. Then sear the steak in the oil for 1-2 minutes on each side. The tuna steak should be brown on the outside and raw on the inside. Let the tuna cool for at least 3 minutes before you cut it into thin strips.
4 Heat the tortillas on both sides in a pan.
5 Now assemble the tacos. To do this, top a tortilla with a big spoon of the coriander-lime slaw and then add slices of tuna. Top the taco off with more chipotle sauce and fresh coriander. Enjoy immediately.
