Tuna creme mille-feuille

Recipe - ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna in water (drained weight 3 1/2 oz per can)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes, drained (if from a jar) and finely chopped
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • 6 rosemary needles, finely chopped
  • 1 box Wasa thin crisp pink navy cracker
  • 1 red onion, cut into thin half rings
  • 4 vine tomatoes, sliced

Recipe - how do you make it

A delicious snack or lunch with tuna, sun-dried tomatoes, mayonnaise, red onion and rosemary crackers.

 

Recipe - steps

  • 1 Mix with the hand blender a cream of tuna, mayonnaise, crème fraîche and sun-dried tomato.
  • 2 Season the tuna cream with salt, pepper and rosemary.
  • 3 Spread a layer of tuna cream on the crackers.
  • 4 Place the red onion and tomato slices on top of the tuna cream.
  • 5 Stack the crackers into a mille-feuille.
