  • 300 gr (drained weight) Fish Tales Albacore tuna
  • 250 gr couscous
  • 250 ml chicken stock
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tbsp basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Recipe - how do you make it

Let me show you how to make a delicious couscous salad with sustainable, pole & line caught tuna from a tin. Tinned fish is absolutely not a bad product! You can make some awesome dishes with tinned fish, and I am here to prove it to you!

Recipe - steps

  • 1 Drain the tuna.
  • 2 Cook the couscous according to the directions on the package, but use chicken stock instead of water.
  • 3 Let the couscous cool off. Use a fork to fluff the couscous and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  • 4 Cut the red onions in thin slices, the red pepper in small cubes and the chives in long pieces.
  • 5 Chop the various herbs roughly.
  • 6 Stir the red pepper through the couscous. Serve the couscous on a large plate and equally divide the tuna.
  • 7 Garnish the couscous with the red onion, dill, basil leaves, parsley and chives. Season with some olive oil, peper and salt.
