Cauliflower pizza with smoked salmon, super tasty and healthy. The pizza is also gluten-free thanks to the use of almond flour.

10.6 oz Gramm Blumenkohl
5.3 oz Cheddar, grated
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp dried oregano
3.5 almond flour
7 oz of ricotta
7 oz smoked salmon
3.5 oz shrimp, cooked
Handful of pine nuts
horseradish
1 lime
salt and pepper
Recipe - how do you make it
Recipe - steps
1 Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2 Bring a pot of water to a boil and add some salt. Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Boil the florets for 8-10 minutes and remove the pot from the heat and drain them in a colander.
3 Mash the cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Then slowly add the almond flour, cheese, egg yolk, chia seeds and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Knead into a firm dough.
4 Divide the dough into two parts. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out. Peel off the top sheet of parchment paper and place the dough in the oven. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
5 Mix the ricotta with freshly grated horseradish and the lime zest. Then spread this on the pizza base and spread the salmon, shrimp, parsley and pine nuts on top. Grate some more horseradish and squeeze some lime over the pizza. Enjoy your meal!
