Recipe - ingredients

  • 7-ounce potatoes ( Round of potatoes)
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • white pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 the dijonmosterd
  • 1 bag of watercress
  • 2 tins of mackerel fillet in olive oil of 4 1/2 -ounce, drained
  • 1 cup of leek germs (alternative: finely chopped white leek)

A delicious main course with mackerel, watercress and potatoes. Easy to prepare!

 

Recipe - steps

  • 1 Boil the potatoes in their skins until done.
  • 2 Roughly peel the potatoes with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • 3 Put the vinegar, a dash of olive oil, mustard and salt in a bowl and beat with a fork to a dressing.
  • 4 Make the watercress with the dressing.
  • 5 Divide the potato spread over 4 plates.
  • 6 Divide the watercress over the potatoes.
  • 7 Divide the mackerel over the dish.
  • 8 Garnish the dish with the leek germs.
