The festive season has begun, and with Christmas around the corner we have some things to think about. We decorate the house and decide what presents to give to our loved ones, but most importantly we have to put together the Christmas dinner! We get together with friends and family to enjoy the holidays. To give you some inspiration we have prepared 3 appetizers, which will most definitely steal the show!
First of we prepared a salmon carpaccio. We combined thinly sliced pieces of smoked salmon with pickled radishes, beetroot and orange. Super fresh en colourful!
The next dish is a pizza with smoked salmon, which happens to be gluten-free! The pizza dough is made out of cauliflower, because of this it won’t be too heavy on the stomach and you can still enjoy the main course!
The final dish is a tartare made out of salmon Freshly minced salmon, mixed with shallots, chives and lemon. It will not only look gorgeous on the plate, but will also be super delicious!
